Ready to guide the success of LeadDesk’s Outbound products and bring the most value to our customers?

Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Marina from the People team. Together with Jarno, VP of Engineering, we’re on the lookout for the Product Manager.

What’s in it for you

  • A role that will immediately impact LeadDesk’s product development on its core.
  • Opportunity to develop your product management skills and grow your career in an action-packed environment.
  • Flexible office hours and a hybrid work model: remote and onsite (2-3 days a week) in the office either in Helsinki, Östersund, or Oslo.
  • Publicly listed SaaS company that develops its own technology.
  • Truly international experience working with talents of 27 nationalities in 8 countries: you’ll be working with a multicultural and diverse group of colleagues.

What you can expect as our Product Manager (Outbound) at LeadDesk

  • You’ll regularly meet our customers to prioritize features that our customers want.
  • You’ll set a vision for our product and be measuring the overall adoption rate, i.e., making sure our users are getting value.
  • You’ll oversee the development and improvement of our products.
  • You’ll smoothly take over product management tasks for the existing product with the help of your teammates.
  • You’ll stay up to date on the latest industry trends and developments.

Besides your colleagues from the Product team, you’ll be working closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.

What success looks like in this role in the first 6 months

  • You've understood our customers' needs and consistently ensure that our products align with these.
  • You’ve become an independent product manager for our existing Outbound product and a crucial part of the team.
