Junior Account Manager

eager to learn more about sales to strengthen our Sales team in Copenhagen and help us revolutionize our customers’ business!

This position is a chance for you if you enjoy selling and want to develop in the field of B2B sales. This is a great opportunity for you to learn more from your more experienced colleagues, develop your sales skills and learn about the SaaS industry and how to sell a cloud-based contact center and customer service software solution. As we have very diverse customers you will get to work with both big and small companies’ and customers from different industries.

In this role you would have the best of both worlds – the stability of an already stable listed company but also the possibility to influence things and take responsibility of your own work often associated with start-ups. In this position you will get the freedom to perform and the support from the team. This means, that it will be possible to take ownership and work independently but also discuss potential clients and other issues together with your colleagues to be able to do decisions together. As this is a more junior position, we will also make sure you get the support you need especially in the beginning.

In this role you will get to start with focusing on the beginning of the sales process meaning finding prospects and booking customer meetings. When you are ready to take the next step, you will also be able to meet customers and demoing the product to them, making offers and taking care of existing client relationships.

The position is full-time and is based at our office in Copenhagen.

What we are looking for

Currently we are looking for a person with some experience in preferably B2B sales but more important than the experience is that you have a true passion for sales and are eager to learn more. We see that if you and are the kind of person who loves to help your customers succeed, that is the most important – the product and industry you can learn along the way. We think that this role suits a person who likes to work in a fast-paced environment, deliver what they promise, have a drive to meet or even better exceed their targets and is a team player. Fluent Danish is required in this position.
