With this exciting growth, we are on the lookout for a passionate Product Manager to join our team and drive the evolution of our product offerings. 

Role overview 

  • As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mission-critical CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) solutions. 
  • You will be responsible for driving product outcomes that align with both customer needs and business objectives. 
  • Specifically, you will manage the Outbound product, our solution for Outbound Call centers.
  • It's no easy feat - be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.

What you can expect as the Product Manager at LeadDesk 

  • Define and Drive Features: You’ll translate high-level business requirements into detailed features. While you’ll define what needs to be done, you’ll also collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless implementation. 
  • Backlog Prioritization: You’ll evaluate and prioritize product backlog items by assessing key risks such as value, usability, feasibility, and business viability. Make data-driven decisions to maximize product impact and customer satisfaction. 
  • Ownership of Product Outcomes: You’ll lead the development of product strategies that ensure viability, usability, and value. You will assess market trends, customer feedback, and business requirements to guide the product roadmap. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You’ll work closely with product designers to craft exceptional user experiences, with technical people to ensure the feasibility of solutions and with sales and marketing to define how to launch and sell your product. You’ll need to communicate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and clarity. 

    What success looks like in this role in the first 12 months 

  • 2: months: You’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of the product’s features, functionalities, and user experience, enabling informed decision-making. 
  • 3 months: You’ve identified and built relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, including R&D, marketing, sales, and customer care, to foster collaboration and alignment. 
  • 6 months: You’re capable of understanding and articulating the Outbound product strategy and can develop it further
  • 8-12 months: You’ve established yourself as a key decision-maker within the product team, influencing product direction and prioritization effectively.

  • Passionate about building products that solve real-world problems for both customers and businesses, this is the first and most important quality we look at. 
  • Understanding of how B2B SaaS products are built, with experience in software development processes. 
  • Previous experience with outbound sales software products. 
  • Great communication and negotiation skills 
  • Knowledge of data analytics, customer insights, and stakeholder management. 
  • Fluency in English  
  • Previous (min. 2-3 years’) experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the CCaaS, SaaS, or related technology sectors
  • If you are coming from other walks of life, here’s other previous positions that can make you a good candidate: Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, Business Analyst, Solutions Architect/Consultant, Engineering Manager, Lead Developer

  • Employment: Full-time and permanent
  • Compensation: EUR 5000 per month + EUR 1000 BSC per month (bonus payout cycle quarterly)
