We are now looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
to strengthen our Operations team, based in Helsinki. Our passion is to offer the best cloud contact center software solution and best service to our customers. We want you to join our talented & multinational tech team and help us help our customers!
The team consists of three 1st Line Customer Supports, one 2nd Level Support, Team Lead and the Head of Operations. Hopefully we get you onboard soon to enlighten our workday! Our customers love our modern cloud contact center platform which is very business-critical to them, and it is our highest passion to ensure its functionality. We have over 10 000 happy users all over the world, and over 6 Million calls go through the system every week.
As Customer Support Specialist your responsibility is to assist customers in solving technical problems and product related questions.
Main responsibilities include:
Do you recognize yourself?
We hope that you have prior experience from help desk, service desk and/or customer service duties. The job requires technical skills as well as strong will to solve customers' issues efficiently and professionally. We expect you to have a basic understanding of networks and troubleshooting issues in Microsoft and Mac environments. Our ideal candidate is able to handle many tasks simultaneously and communicate, listen and write clearly.
We expect you to speak and write fluent English as well as one of the following languages: Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German, or Dutch.
