    What success looks like in this role

    • You’re efficiently managing assigned tasks within designated schedules.
    • You demonstrate punctuality and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
    • You’re striving to achieve a high level of accuracy and minimizing errors in all assigned responsibilities.

    What you can expect as our Jr Finance Administrator at LeadDesk

    • You’ll be handling customer invoicing and ensuring timely communication with customers and sales staff.
    • You’ll be answering questions regarding invoicing and resolving special cases as they arise.
    • You’ll provide occasional reports to customers and authorities as required.
    • You’ll be assisting with various other financial administration tasks.

    Must-haves

    • Fluency in both Finnish and English (at a minimum, excellent written Finnish is needed for communication with the Finnish customers. English is our internal language).
    • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize, work with deadlines, and be flexible. For the team, it’s not always about 9 to 5 – your workload will be defined by the time of the month.
    • Ambitious team-oriented attitude combined with willingness to take extreme ownership of your tasks.
    • Ethical conduct.

    Nice-to-haves

    • Educational background in finance/accounting (e.g., Bachelor of Business Administration). As we need someone part-time, it’s a good opportunity for someone still completing their studies.
    • Prior work experience in a similar role.
    • Prior experience with financial software/tools.
    • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
    • Interest in broader finance topics or process automatization

    Practicalities

    • Start and end date: Fixed-term from January 2025 (or as soon as possible) to August 2025
    • Working hours: In spring 2025, your hours will range from 0-37,5 hours per week, with the opportunity to work full-time during the summer months
    • Compensation: EUR 14/hour
