We are now looking for a German speaking
Senior Account Manager
to strengthen our Sales team in Berlin and help us revolutionize our customers’ business! This position is a chance for someone with already some B2B sales experience to develop further. In this role you would get to learn more about the SaaS industry and how to sell a cloud-based contact center and customer service software solution. As we have very diverse customers you will get to work with both big and small companies’ and customers from different industries.
In this role you would have the best of both worlds – the stability of an already stable listed company but also the possibility to influence things and take responsibility of your own work often associated with start-ups. In this position you will get the freedom to perform and the support from the team. This means, that it is a position for you who like to take ownership and work independently but also discuss potential clients and other issues together with your colleagues to be able to do decisions together.
Job duties include taking care of the sales process from beginning to end meaning booking customer meetings, meeting customers and demoing the product to them, making offers and taking care of existing clients.
The position is full-time and is based at our office in Berlin.
